
In a recent article in Entrepreneur Outlook Magazine, Incognito Worldwide VP Nihanth Kandimalla was interviewed in an article entitled, “Incognito Worldwide: Unlocking the Power of Digital Marketing and Innovative Technologies to Drive Growth.”
While the article did an overview of the company’s services and delved into some specific areas, it was more focused with the interview questions on company culture, sustainability, and new technology innovations.

The article outlines the nature and speed of digital marketing and highlights the rapid rise of artificial intelligence. To that end, Nihanth noted that the co-founder and president [Mario Delfino] of INICIA INCORPORATED, the parent of Incognito Worldwide, was one of 400 programmers working on the OpenAI Porject. He integrated AI into the I2MEDIALAB platform I2MCMS.

Just as he was allowed to set his work schedule, make errors, and gain experience from those wins and failures, he says he affords the team he oversees to do the same. “I didn’t get it back then, but through the years, I came to recognize the value of learning from each fall and the sense of responsibility that comes from having the freedom to set your schedule and sort your priorities.
