In the August edition of Magnate View Magazine, entitled “Top 5 Inspiring CEOs to Watch in 2024,” Inicia Incorporated and Incognito Worldwide CEO Bruce T. Dugan was the cover story.
The six (6) page profile interview delved into Bruce’s past and present career path that zigzagged across three different industry segments.
The interviewer traced his background, noted his accomplishments and accolades, and explored how his path contributed to his leadership style and philosophy. They discussed the challenges faced, solutions to overcoming them, staying ahead of trends, and how to combine that with a far-reaching vision.
Bruce discussed his many articles, including those for Entrepreneur Magazine, CEO Hangout, and others. Some of those articles related to planning and strategy, such as the article for Entrepreneur Magainze, How to Grow Your Business Effectively. Bruce’s philosophy for a successful business is to, first and foremost, get stuff done and not strategize yourself out of business waiting to get everything set up exactly right. It will never be entirely correct or wholly done. According to him, business is evolving in continual change and adaptation.
Bruce also discussed the company and its subsidiaries, Incognito Worldwide, I2MEDIALAB, and I2WEBSERVICES, and the efforts and tactics they deploy to stay ahead of the technology curve. He mentions Inicia’s partner and I2MEDIALAB president, Mario Delfino, and his technology career path as well, as well as the types of technology Mario was adopting long before it became the default.
